Working principle of vacuum fryer:

1. there is a complete set of full-automatic procedures inside the equipment. After placing the product, when the oil temperature reaches a certain temperature, the vacuum pump starts pumping vacuum. 2. when the vacuum degree reaches -0.096mpa (can be viewed from the pressure gauge or microcomputer display), the valve connected to the oil storage tank will automatically open, and the oil in the oil storage tank will automatically enter the explosion box containing the product (the oil level can be viewed from the observation port) 3. when the oil level reaches the frame explosion height, the excess oil will overflow back to the oil storage tank for circulation until the heating device automatically stops the circulation after the oil temperature reaches 90 degrees (the temperature can be detected by the temperature probe), and the frame explosion starts to swing. 4. after frying, the oil in the frying box will automatically return to the oil storage tank for recycling. 5. after all the oil is returned to the oil storage tank, open the frying box and take out the product.
