Bubble cleaning machine
Bubble cleaning machine is composed of frame, water tank, bubble generator, mesh belt, circulating flushing water pump, transmission part, etc. It has the characteristics of stable operation, long service life and clean cleaning, which meets the use standards of the food industry. Bubble cleaning machine is a machine that uses the wind force of high-pressure fan or the pressure of water pump to make the water produce strong mixing movement and make the materials roll in the water, so as to achieve the cleaning effect.
Working principle
the material enters the water tank and is fully rolled under the action of high-pressure water flow and strong bubbles to clean the sundries attached to the surface. The sediment eluted from the surface of the material will sink into the bottom isolation bin, and there will be no overturning and backflow, resulting in re pollution. The sundries and insects floating in the water are collected through the mesh of the impurity removal mechanism, and the sundries are removed through the filter box. After the washed material leaves the water, it is sprayed and cleaned and sent to the next process.
Operation steps 1. Clean the water tank, fill it with water, and inject clean water into the main tank until there is water overflow at the overflow outlet; 2. Start the conveying mesh belt motor to make the mesh belt operate normally and in the correct direction; 3. Start the vortex pump to inject air into the water tank to make the water in the tank boil; 4. Open the valve of the spray pipe to spray water evenly on the mesh belt; 5. Check all operating parts and work after confirming normal operation.
