Technological process

Bubble cleaner

It is mainly used for preliminary cleaning of processed vegetables. Dirty vegetables and so on into the stainless steel sink,transported by stainless steel mesh belt.In the process of operation, the air bubble generated by the net belt below the water and vegetables to billow, at the same time when the bubble burst to produce a lot of ultrasonic, strong cleaning of vegetables,dirty vegetables in a large number of stolen goods, impurities are washed away. The water in this tank is dirty and needs to be replaced frequently, The technical parameters of the eauipment shall be provided based on the product output of thecustomer

Blanching machine

Cooler

Normal temperature water cooling machine can make blanching fruits and vegetables after the rapid cooling, to ensure the color and taste of vegetables, at the same time to wash the surface of the vegetable juice and other impurities.Vegetables enter the sink and are transported by a stainless steel mesh belt.During operation, air bubbles generated by the trachea below the mesh belt are used to boil the vegetables so that the vegetables can be cooled auickly. The flow of waterin the running direction ofthe inverse net belt will be washed away impurities, and the spray device is configured at the front end of the cooling machine,which is cooled with normal temperature water or ice water to remove alot of heat.
