Product Description

The function of the retort machine is to make the food accept the three processes of heating, heat preservation and cooling in aclosed environment, so as to control the pathogenic bacteria in the food within a certain amount, prevent reproduction within the set shelf life, and keep the nutritional components of the food from being damaged. It is a special high-temperature disinfection equipment for food manufacturers such as flexible packaging, tinplate, glass bottle and gas box.

The retort machine is composed of pot body, pot cover, opening device, locking wedge, safety interlock device, track,
sterilization basket, steam nozzle and several pipe orifices. The pot cover is sealed with inflatable silicone rubber temperature resistant sealing ring, which is reliable and has long service life.

 

This machine adopts advanced technology to control the whole process of temperature, pressure, sterilization time, inlet, inlet, drainage and exhaust intelligently and automatically. The temperature is accurate(±0.5).

The working medium used in sterilization process can be recycled, saving energy, time,
manpower and material consumption, and reducing production cost

Water bath sterilization (hot water
circulation):

During sterilization, all the food in the pot is immersed in hot water. This way, the heat distribution is uniform and there is no dead angle.

Spray sterilization (shower type):

This method is to install nozzles or pray pipes around and on the top of the sterilization pot to spray hot water on the product in all directions. The heating and cooling speed is rapid, and the food in the pot can be sterilized comprehensively, quickly and stably.

 

Steam sterilization:

After the food is added to the pot, the water is not added first, but the steam is directly introduced to heat up. Because there is air in the pot during the sterilization process, cold spots will appear, so the heat distribution of this heating method is not very uniform.
