Automatic fryer

The automatic fryer is made of stainless steel, and the oil temperature is automatically controlled. The temperature can be set at will, which is suitable for frying food with various process requirements. The water filling valve is set at the lower oil layer. Water can be added at any time without affecting the frying work. A check valve is set to solve the problem that if the water is stopped during the water filling process, the oil will flow back into the water pipe. The bottom water is equipped with a temperature measuring device, the water temperature display is clear at a glance, and the water temperature can be set at the same time. Using the general oil-water mixing process design, it can save edible oil compared with the ordinary fryer. Prolonging the service life of edible oil has high oil saving rate and reduces the production cost of enterprises. The color of fried food is good, the quality and grade of products are improved, and the problem of over standard acidification of fried food is solved
