Bubble cleaning machine

The materials enter the water tank and are fully rolled under the action of high-pressure water flow and strong bubbles to clean the sundries attached to the surface. The sediment eluted from the material surface will sink into the bottom isolation silo, and there will be no overturning and backflow, resulting in re pollution. The sundries and insects floating in the water are collected through the mesh of the impurity removal mechanism, and the sundries are removed through the filter box. After the washed material leaves the water, it is sprayed and cleaned and sent to the next process.

Mesh belt blanching production line

The blanching line can be customized according to customer requirements and is suitable for blanching lines of different specifications, sizes and widths.
