Working principle of dryer: 1. The materials are evenly laid on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt generally adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh, which is dragged in the dryer by the transmission device. 2. The dryer is composed of several units, and the hot air of each unit circulates independently. 3. The tail gas is discharged by a special dehumidification fan, the waste gas is controlled by the regulating valve, and the hot gas passes through the mesh belt covered with materials from bottom to top or from top to bottom to complete the process of heat and mass transfer and take away the moisture of materials. 4. The mesh belt moves slowly, and the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the material temperature. The dried finished products fall into the collector continuously. 5. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to the needs of users, and the number of units can also be selected according to needs.
